How are the pipes supposed to be connected if there are no flanges? Also, you do not think they will line up when installed? I am thinking it looks like that because it is on the ground...

i honestly dont know how they will clear. im very afraid to mock up the headers

Excuse my ignorance. But, I don't see any flanges for the exhaust pipes. My question is how are you suppose to attach the pipes without flanges? Do you grind off the coating and weld them on? Am I missing something?

There are 4 loose flanges that needs to be welded on. I wish at least one side would of been welded already. I must say the welds and the finish does look really good.

Okay that makes more sense now, it comes with 4 loose flanges that we need to have welded on ourselves. That definitely would have been odd if he just sent the pipes with no way of connecting them.

i still dont understand why they didnt come with flanges on both sides
then we could of just cut the mufflers and put a slip or welded a flange.
they didnt even drill the o2 bungs

i know these headers fit correctly and unless chris somehow shipped the wrong parts, i'd be willing to bet you don't have the parts aligned appropriately. there are left and right sided parts that also have a front-to-back and top/bottom orientation. if they're not properly placed the flanges will push the parts off alignment. the parts should have markings so double check those...

All the flanges are labled, Read the directions you cant swap them out or they will not fit. Each part is marked drivers/Pass/Top/Bottom. My system fit, so will yours they came off the same jig

but i had to pay for all the extra welding FF forgot to do

You must be dropping the entire exhaust as a single assembly (with someone's help). Plus, you must have really small hands and arms to do all of the fasteners on both manifolds that quickly. I salute you ; it took me way more time than that when I installed my Evosport shorties.
