Was the salesrep. who jipped you on the E500, the same person who sold you all the other MBZ? If that is the case, then you need to find a new salesperson! The thing I want to stress most, is not to discredit a store due to one bad apple. There are plenty of very professional salesreps there who provide great customer service.

I agree, I ordered mine with the Bi-Xenon's as well, its funny how such a pricey car doesn't come with it standard when others do, hell you would think all Mercedes would come with them but unfortunately they dont
.......Not to start another price debate, but the E55 at under $80K is an incredible bargain. The next car that has the %00HP engine is more than $110K. I think the E55 was priced this way in exchange for loss of some "standard" features in order not inflate the base price and allow the car to be sold to enthusiasts who dream to get their hands on the 500HP supercharged engine but are either unable or unwilling to shell out over $110K for SL55, CL55 or S55.

marcus which team are you on, are you on that alex guys team? those offices look nice. And yes, its the same sales person that sold me all the other cars
my deal was, $8500 down, 5 year lease $630 a month
i went to keys mercedes and they said they could have gotten me the sports package with panorama for that price.

just saw two v8 kompressor amg cars today while going to the giants game. an e55 amg and a cl55 amg ...both v8 kompressor...that's what? 1000+ lb-ft of torque between the two?

I work upstairs in the Pre-Owned building, where all the AAA/Costco/Internet clients are handled. Yes, Team Livadas has a nice set up in the showroom, but he has also been with the dealership for over 9 years! Also, just remember this, a dealership that knows you have already bought a car will tell you anything to plant the seed of doubt in your mind. I am not sure of the details on your deal, but the Van Nuys store is trying to lure you to their side by telling you something that may not be totally true!!

i don't know but it sounded like a good deal at keys, but whats done is done. i shoulda went to alex's team. i bought all my other cars from the other team. i dont want to say any names or anything, but lets just say, he's chinese...

I don't know the specifics of your deal, but talk is cheap after the fact. Any dealer can claim they'd have beat another's price. And of course lease prices are very easy to manipulate by altering money factor, term, down payment etc.
That said, there are plenty of dealers who should be able to leave you with a good feeling about your purchase experience. No reason to stick with someone who doesn't.
