when i drive it hard
today i felt like beating my car since i really dont drive it hard at all
so i picked a friend up and he was saying how his jeep srt8 is so fast
blah blah so i put it in m mode and turn off esp and was doing some whole shots off the line so i can put some heat in to the tires well when i
had the car in m in first when my car was ripping up the 1 in m mode changed
to a symbol like this ^ anybody see this before

no but it only does it when the car is rippin up in 1 gear i get the ^ on my display the min i let go of the gas it says 1 again

I believe that indicator that your seeing in the display, is the upshift limiter indicator, that car displays this symbol, just before you actually hit the 7200 rpm limit. The E63 doesn't actually let you hit the limiter which is set to 7200 rpm, the car display will turn red at 7000 rpm letting you know to upshift before hitting the limiter.
