2004 E63. Is this a good price?
I'm looking at a 2004 E63 with 53,000 miles. It has an extended warranty to 70,000 miles and seems to be in great condition. I just have no clue if this is a good price or not. $30,000.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I know this is the place to get the straight scoop. Thanks!

Great deal, thats a limited edition series, one of one ever made.
lol .............. its hard not to joke about, they never made a E63 in 2004. However if you would like to post the accurate details of the car, im sure everyone would love to give you truly helpful advice. Provided the year is correct (2004), and it is a E55 regardless of warranty I believe you can find a better deal, but I also believe people way under value the car and a 2004 should be about $30,000. So many more variables involved as well
when I purchased mine, I came across fantastic deals, but held off because I was fixed on the options I wanted, in case you didnt know some E55's don't even have basic Xenon headlamps.
Now the question is was is a typo that you posted or do you truly not have knowledge of these vehicles, in which case why are you even wanting this car?? These cars are special and unfortunately I can't convince everyone selling to ask way more so they hold their value better, so im hoping to keep mine mint and eventually there will be way fewer around.

2004 E63. My Bad!
Hahaha...Whoah.... I posted this last night and woke up to 11 replies which is encouraging. Unfortunately, I'm getting bagged on in every single one (Well deserved though)
Yes, I have no idea what I was thinking. (Or wasn't thinking) I meant an E55. Believe it or not, I'm not a newb. I've owned Multiple Mercedes for the last 10 years. I just set up my profile last night and made the huge mistake of putting an 04' E63 as this is the car I looked at today. (E55)
I currently have a 2009 GL450
2 years ago I had a 2005 CL65 (Yes, 65)
My first Mercedes was a 2002 C320.
I bought all of them brand new. This is the first time looking for a used Mercedes, so any guidance I can get from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

It's quite overpriced. Market for that car tops out at $25K, depending on the options (a little), condition (a lot), maintenance history, etc. For $30K you should be able to buy an '06 with perhaps 10K fewer miles and some warranty. Only the really low mile '06 cars fetch above $30K now.
Take a look at the E55s offered for sale here to get a better idea on pricing vs year/miles/condition/warranty.
Good luck.

@grantwood- Looks clean. $23k truly makes me realize what a rip the one I looked at yesterday was. Unfortunately, I'm looking for it in Black. Good luck with the sale. I'm pretty suprised you still have it. You'd think someone would scoop that up quick considering it's the same price as a prius
I'm looking for a clean E55 $25-$35k. Black on black. I'm not a tire kicker, I will actually buy a car soon here. Cash of course.
Thanks again.

2005 black on black 59k with waranty until 2013 or 78k
nav
xenons
keyless go
trunk closer
vented seats
E63 rep wheels
mods in sig
only problems it has is 2 doors the bottons dont work for keyless go,I quess theres alot of cars having that same problem, but its covered under waranty.I just never really cared about it to bring it in for it.
I was selling it with the intake and carbon fiber for 32 or 30 without them. That renntech box will vost over 3200 to buy again so I can easily part that.
The car is in a storage garage with 17 other cars and I just changed the tranny fluid(at the dealer)right before I stored it.Along with a 1100 custom tune from kleemann.I still havnt even drove it yet,the ecu came in the mail and the car went into storage the next day.
Ohh and that 04 silver car is my brothers so if youre really interested, you can look at 2 clean e55s at the same time.
