anyone with different headlights? aftermarket? may do front end conversion..
Had a small fender bender today... 
the headlight is broken and needs to be replaced. along with the front bumper.
so couple of questions. first where is the best place to buy the e63 front bumper. Second has anyone used the aftermarket headlights? found a few on ebay want to make sure they will work. I have an e55 by the way ..

yah mine have been doing the same thing. time for an upgrade anyways.
I am trying to decide if I want to do the conversion to e63. my bumper just needs a little touch up. and headlight braket broke so need to replace them. might as well get 2 at the same time so they are both new

Guys be careful, the JDM head lamps for the W210 had problems.
The lamps look great but the light can be less than OEM.
Most of the guys with the W210 would gut the JDM's and put Audi or MB bi Xenon lamps in the JDM housing. Lots of work, but good headlights on a 500 HP car is a must.

I messaged every single vendor on ebay that sold the w211 face lift headlights... AND found out a few things....
1. No support for adaptive function
2. Some have no support for auto level
3. No Bi Xenon function
Based on all that, I decided not to move with the front headlights unless swaping for oem facelifts... which are about $4-600 a piece on ebay.

auto level?
the third ones on the list the e63 style say they work with the auto leveling and are direct replacements?
