I sent their POS kit back, it had no instructions, weird wires, no instructions, came in a white box with no logos or anything..DO NOT USE HIDEXTRA, now I have to use pay pal t get my money back. IM just doing some Diamond Vision H7's and forgetting about it.

I haven't used them personally, though I have heard good things about them. I guess the company is run by a couple guys local to Columbus.

I know previously on this thread someone recommended DDM Tuning, but it was said they didn't have a slim kit. Well, I'll let you know how it works out as it does look like they have a slim kit, and my order is in. $75 shipped. Spoke with tech support and they said since I'm not running a bunch of amps for my aftermarket stereo (read I don't have a massive sound system) I didn't need the extra wiring harness. Confirmed plug and play, and should get in early next week.

Oh, and they have a bunch of install downloads available on their site in pdf (of course pulled the H7 one).

1 Error Code Eliminator - 3 (PAIR)
BOW3 $15.00 1 DDM HID Kit, 35W, H7, 5000K (Kit / Package)
Bulb Type: H7
Wattage: 35 Watt
Bulb Color: 5000K
DDM35W.H7.5000K $45.00

The HID kit with error eliminator just came in. Install in a few hours after work. Fingers crossed this works as displayed.

Installed with no issues, no codes, and plug-in-play. Had to modify the additional bracket to get it to hold when twisting the bulb in, but other than that it was simple.

Looks great. I might go for this setup myself. What bulbs are you using in your parking lights? I'm tired of looking at those yellow bulbs next to my bi-xenon HIDs. Thanks.

Parking lights are LED's that you can get from AZN Optics here on the forum.

I did this for my headlights, didn't try it for the fogs though I think you are right the bulbs are the same. For the fogs I just went with Phillips Diamond Vision.

Without a doubt! While I went for looks and the bright blue color, they are actually a lot more functional than the stock bulbs.

how did you get this connector to fit through the 7/8th hole they tell you to drill in the dust cap?
