Newbie saying Hello
First post to the Forum.
Hi Guys, I’m Bob. I've been on the forum for a while, but only have been reading.
I just recently purchased a white 2005 E55 here in Chicago
I’ve had a few fast cars before. A 4cyl FWD that ran 12's at 118MPH, and a TT V8 Lexus converted to a 6-seed manual, also 12's @124mph
Both cars were allot of fun, but the E is a completely different animal. I mean I can drive my mother in it without her screaming at me. lol
I wanted to take a quick minute and introduce myself, and thank you guys for the great info I've gotten from this site.
I just talked with Jerry, and E-mailed Jake from Eurocharged.com and I also wanted to thank them.
I'm up in Chicago, and we have another Mercedes tuning shop up here, that is a little bit harder to get a hold of. Thanks Eurocharged for the tech help today. This Newbie appreciates it.

I totally hear ya. I had a pretty nice Lexuc SC400 once, and the modding kinna took over. The car was pretty fast, but wasn't as nice anymore.
I hope I dont get to carried away with the E.
