I am little skeptical about the price being so low so I was wondering if anyone has installed these on their car. I dont have the guts to take apart my oem lights and spray them and i really like the look so i think i want to go this route.

If you have biXENON or adaptive cornering these are not going to work. They also don't have self levelling.

 

i dont have the adaptive cornering so thats not a problem. but would i be able to install any xenon kit offered for the w211? as if it were a stock headlight?

As long as the projectors are made for xenon lights you may be able to get a HID kit for the low beams. If they are not specifically made for HID you could potentially blind oncoming drivers due to the differences between halogen and xenon projectors and the way they cast light.

That is my understanding from what I have read, Yacht Master may chime in here at any time though and tell me I'm wrong.

Here's a quote from their ad:

If it were me I would pass on this.

 

How are these any different for xenon, they look the same to me except their black.
