Do 04s have more problems than 05s?

Do 04s have more problems than 05s?
I'm selling my M3 and looking to get an E55. The E55 has problems as all cars do but I was wondering do the 04s have more problems than the 05 or are they about the same?

I would stay away from 2003-2005 E-Class, just because of Sensotronic brakes nightmare (especially 2003). Get 2006 if you can...

03's are fine. Just make sure that the service and maint. history are up to par. Same with 04's. The first year out usually have some cobwebs but aren't necessarily bad.

Well exteriorwise it doesn't have much. Just front lip. I just bought Volk LE37's to throw on until I feel like getting em refinished in different color. The car is performance oriented. I really don't even have pics of it but I will take some when weather gets better.
