Where can I buy some NGK LFR7AIX plugs??
I can't seem to locate these anywhere. My source just let me know they are on backorder. I'm hoping to find an online retailer that has them for a fair price for a set of 16. I had a deal with ngksparkplugs@hotmail for $106 shipped. My local auto parts store has them for $11 each.
If anyone knows a good source, please let me know.
Thanks,
Todd

I ran them Feb-current with no issues. They did fine in the cold and I ran them the other day when it was 82 with no issues. Huge pickup in power. I've never said that and always rolled my eyes when others said it but, it really was a noticeable gain.
Yes - they are 1 step colder.

I don't think it has to do with being a heat range cooler. I think it is just due to the fact that 60K plugs were pulled out and fresh plugs installed. The old plugs looked well worn...

Colder plugs are recomended when increasing the boost to prevent detonation. I am getting my set and going to paint my valve covers while I am at it too

Plug heat range
has nothing to do with ambient air temp.
If you increased your boost, increased your timing,or modified power upwards
go one step colder. Otherwise leave it alone a stock engine will not benefit a bit.

NGK Iridium IX LFR7AIX Spark Plugs (4)
Hi - I have a set of 4 plugs new in the box. I was going to try these (1 step colder), but my dealer said to stick w/ stock. So i'll sell these if anyone makes me a decent offer.
