...couldn't be happier!

Nothing gives me better peace of mind than being able to watch someone work on my car, instead of having it performed behind the scenes. Not to mention the ability to give input in the process such as how low I wanted to go, and which STAR mods I wanted performed. Call me a type-A micromanager, but it was worth it to me!

I think he started a thread offering to perform these services, but I wanted everyone that was interested but hesitant to pull the trigger to know that they can PM me as a reference.

I've got to re-install a CF spoiler I've been refinishing tonight tomorrow morning, but I'll snap some pictures tomorrow during the day. Night shots wouldn't do it justice.

He was definitely within budget too

Please excuse the pollen. When I park in the garage at my apt in the med center as opposed to my house, it makes taking aesthetic pictures much more difficult. Took some shots with a buddy's evo that we've been working on for the last couple of days [replaced all the bushings in the transmission linkage with metal ones, 2 oil catch cans, clutch fluid restrictor valve removal, mud flaps, shaved emblems etc]. I took a couple of shots to accentuate how badly he needs tint!

I just re-affixed my spoiler this afternoon. It's either matte or gloss depending on how the light hits it [tried to illustrate it in pictures above]. I had to refinish it because the manufacturer's finish was starting to cloud. I also tried to match the finish of the di-noc my license plate frame is wrapped in, along with the chrome bar on the trunk and the side markers.

I think my next mod is going to be spacers, that, or refinishing the wheels to fix blemishes along with powdercoating them some sort of black. If that ends up being more expensive than a set of the CLS reps that Chawkins is now running, I'll just go with the CLS reps.

I've got an appointment with him on Saturday. This drop over the new wheels should look awesome. I've hoping to get a slightly raked look similiar to tgoss. In my eyes, BenzoDoc's pics above make the back look lower than the front.

I rocked the raked look with just washers before the star drop. I measured today and am even at all 4 corners, from bottom of wheel to fender. I'll check my tire heights but that's literally the only thing that could cause it to look lower in the back. If I were to come to the same conclusion as you though, I can always add a washer to the fronts

But after all, this was my choosing, so Shardul will be able to give you exactly what you want!

It could also be caused by the body shape. When the body appears "level", are the top of the wheelwells the same distance from the ground or is the rear lower? That would cause what I'm seeing.

The part that you 3M to the bumper is FRP [it appears], but everything exposed is glossed CF. It comes gloss but there is a DIY about matte-ing CF if you like that a bit better. Not sure what direction you're going on this car. I'm sure the wheels will be sick.

Are you going with ADV1's on this car too? I pointed out a grammatical error to Jordan on a couple of his google ads that he posted on L4P so he tossed me a ****yourwheels.com shirt in the mail lol.

Hahaha that's awesome! Jordan is such a nice guy, had so much fun with him and Miguel down at the mile last year! Great times! Possibly going to do ADV.1, not entirely sure yet though! Think I'm going to wrap the car matte grey though with matte black grilles / accents though!

That CF spoiler looks killer though, maybe if I did some CF accents instead of matte black accents that would look cool.
