My 55 got new shoes, thoughts ?

Not sure if I love em or hate em, kind of in between now. Opinions are greatly appreciated, but fun to share anyway.

Asked and answered: not that great... maybe would look better on a white or silver car but pewter (Im not a big fan of pewter) needs a brushed silver wheel IMO.
FYI a drop will help with those wheels too.

Thanks for the comments guys. Glad to see most are on par with my thoughts and not liking them. I wanted brushed Silver initially, but would have also done smooth Silver. I was a bit convinced into Black being right for this car. Like mentioned earlier ... on a Black, Silver or even White car - sure, not the Pewter !
They will be going up for sale soon and something will be taking their place. Can't learn without trying first though !

i think a drop will help with those wheels as well. although i am a fan of those vellano wheels - if i were you i would tint the windows(black) and then have your front grille and rear emblems painted flat (matte) black - and get the ones that go on the side of the fenders and have painted too. i think it will give it a whole new look for some paint mods and little cockpit protection(tint) and maybe smoke the rear tail-lights out and leave the white - just my thoughts
