I knew you guys werent going to like the tint on the city lights
Will be installing a Renntech v1 shortly and well as doing a gloss black vinyl roof. Then its on to some exhaust, thinking about going with the Eurocharged mufflers and tips.

I'll be interested to hear if the intake system works. It seems like it would get heat soaked and simply pull extremely hot air coming off the manifolds and valve covers. I know my valve covers alone are too hot to touch after some spirited driving.
Let us know the results.

The bent (cracked) wheel is in the garage. The maker doesnt sell to the "public" and it was discontinued last year. Kinda the that I expected, plus wheel is custom painted too. I'll figure it out. Boston roads make me feel like someone is bending me over..
I'm picking up 2 sets of 19's next week. If I figure out the crack on the 20" wheel, I'll use em for show. 9 days they lasted
Angelo (skratch77) was at the shop w me while I was getting some stuff completed, 10min after leaving BAM! front rim cracks 7" and bends rear.
I'll be at the track soon, just not during the weekend..

Sucks about your wheels kid, when my new f14s come in you have first dibs on my e63 reps and ill even put you on a monthly payment plan since I know you just got hit with everything at once.
Andrew Ill hit you up if Im going for sure,I need to do a few little things before I run it(engine mounts, tranny mounts, spark plugs and dyno)so hopefully Ill be ready for april 2nd.
OHH and if my f14s are here with my drag tires by then

As for the intake, im not sure if there are any gains or not.. Ill be able to tell once I go to the track in April..The main reason I did the intake was for the sound, and the supercharger whine is very loud now..

We'll make you some intake scoops next similar to the TTM ones, except for 1/4 the price and wrap the tubes with the heat reflective material. Be good to go roast some ricers on 93

And if you spend 1/4 the price, you're spending too much. Mine cost $5.45 in aluminum, and I only used half of the sheet.
And after all, they're GF approved. I even had her hand-paint the AMG logos since my stenciling was so fail when I originally made them. My original intent was to wrap them in CF, but was instructed by the girlfriend to leave them be because to a woman they look better this way. You can now see who calls the shots when making changes to her "limousine."
Good luck and if you have any questions, feel free to PM me.

Andrew-
What did you decide on as far as intake wraps are concerned? Exhaust wrap? Shurtape? Reflect-a-gold?
If you opt to go with something other than Exhaust wrap, please take some IAT's beforehand. I know that Shardul has already demonstrated #'s for the Exhaust wrap, but I couldn't find any as far as the other two options.
Thanks.

Prepare to get flamed by the man himself for even suggesting that
