Just received 3 ASP pulleys. Help please

Hi Guys,

I just received 3 ASP pulleys from James at ASP. BTW he has been a huge help. These are great quality as well.

My question is, what way do i put them on? Circlip outwards or circlip inwards?

As you can see i have the 6 rib Aux belt idler pulley, 8 rib supercharger idler pulley, a spacer to put between the aux and charger idler pulley and the supercharger tensioner pulley.

Cheers
Adrian

Idler = 20nm
Tensioner = 25nm

Can someone please confirm this?

All you have to do is compare them to the oem ones as you install them. It shouldn't be too hard.

Well that was easier then i thought. New belts and new pulleys installed. I was suprised how tight the Aux belt was though. Not much movement there.

Call them or PM one of the ASP guys on here. Use the search and they should pop up pretty quick.

Call Automotive Conisuier Group and ask is they have these pullies. That's where I got mine. 300 for the Idler Pullies and 180 for the tensioner.
