Lets see if we can find someone to lend you some MTs for a run or two, as a reward for your quite awful experience with pulleys these past few weeks...

Hehehe...I live in Puerto Rico so shipping alone would make it a pretty expensive ordeal. But I sure would like to know what my car is capable of. Who knows....maybe I can get a 1.9 60ft or so out of my falkens. Do you think that would be enough to touch 11's? I ran 12.5@114mph stock with a 2.0 60'.

Kickass numbers, wow. I agree going much larger on the exhaust will slow velocity and scavenging, and hurt low end torque. It is all about getting the exhaust out, but also it needs some velocity to create a suction effect when the exhaust valves are open.

With except of k&n fliters I have exactly the same set-up, and I got like 440whp on mustang dyno. I don't think that some people belong to the 500whp club, some dynos are way off.

It's not that the dyno is off...it's that load bearing dyno's read different from inertia dyno's. It's the nature of the beast and unfortunately...inertia dyno's are far more popular.

regardless...the track will let me know what's really going on.

Its definitely a club that has loopholes...

Id rather have the 450whp car that runs 125-126 trappers than the 500 paper hp car trapping 122.

Thanks GT-ER. Has soon as I get the headers installed, I'm calling Jerry for a remote desktop retune and 500 RWHP (I hope) here I come, as we'll have very similiary mods and tunes.

Can't wait!

I took it once to the track and after running a 12.5@118mph spinning tires all the way up to 60+mph I gave up and left. That's the same time I ran stock...lol...except stock I ran a 2.0 60ft and modded I did a lousy 2.6 I think it was. I need some sticky tires badly.

I'm not so sure anymore, maybe. I can't seem to justify paying $700+ for dragtires/wheels just to use them once or twice. I may just get the stickiest tires I can find and put them on for daily use and see what I can pull off on those.
