larger then 180MM pulley?

Does anyone make a pulley larger then 180mm? If not does anyone know the maximum flow off the stock super charger?

If the search button serves me correctly, 200 MM would be adding 46MM's from a stock (154MM) pulley which would than create .2 PSI of boost per MM then equaling an extra 9.2 PSI of boost. and at about 14HP per 1 extra PSI of boost, thats almost 129HP from a stock to 200MM pulley? seems too easy... that is, when you get cooling taken care of. Am i understanding this correctly?

No your math is not correct..It is % of increase from 155 to 200mm. My 185mm is about 19% overdriven.. Like Sneakyneon said, you pick up another lb or 1.5 over a 180mm..

What's with everyone wanting a wagon wheel for a pulley? I would think that would just turn your supercharger into a heat pump. How much timing would you have to pull out with a 190mm? I would also think bearings would start failing real fast.

I'm more for working with the boost level I have. With that said... Finding a way to cool the boost down that you already have, will probably give you better results.

Anything over 180 is a waste if you can't keep the temps down.what is the point of going from a 180 to a 195 when that extra 1.5lbs of boost just cost you an extra 30 degree hike in intake temps.

I think someone is also running a 210mm in the middle east also.

Well a 195 or 200 mm will make a crapload more torque down low. Yes there will be a trade off without cooling, but for day to day, non track driving a larger pulley gives you a bigger kick in the pants.

210mm in UAE but using NOS to cool the car and it has every mod. even a 155 S/C. it is strong. Gearbox can't handle it. every couple of months changing he clutchs. they are wearing.

but the car is unbleivable fast.

i wish there is a way to increase the volume of air wthout this method. why no one made bigger S/C for this car.

Its possible with methanol injection and huge ice tanks in the trunk running the coolant back there to cool it off.
