MBH header exchange program
This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time. I'm happy to say we have had great growth in the 1st quarter of this year. To share in the good news. I'm offering up, what I think is a Mercedes first. A header exchange program.
If you have been thinking of upgrading to a long tube header, but you have shorty headers. Or think the market is too soft selling used shorty headers. This is for you.
We are offering anyone with any type of header for their Mercedes AMG, Long, short, or log (NOT OEM) a $500 discount on MBH long tube headers for AMG's. It pretty simple. When you receive your long tube headers, send up back your old headers. Cracked, rusted, old or new. You buy the MBH header at a $500 discount and once you install them send us back your old ones.
I'll even take it one step further... If your old headers happen to be damaged. We will do our best to repair your damaged headers (if repairable some might be to much work). Then send them back to you to sell on the used market. So, if you ever thought those broken headers sitting in your garage or God forbid, still on your car were worthless. Now they have some value.
MBH 55 headers: Retail: 3195 w/header exchange $2695
MBH 63 headers: Retail: 3650 w/header exchange $3150
Offer only good through MBH and Dyno-Comp

I can get some. My brother is in Thailand so I have his car. I will toss it on the lift and take some pics.
For existing MBH customers who have our headers with Vbands. I'm waiting to see if a test set fits an existing customers car before I feel comfortable really offering the mid-section to old customers. Our new system ditches the vBand setup and is now 100% slip fit. Existing customers will get Vband adapters.. Pending the results of the test fit on an MBH Vband clamp equipped header set.
As for someone ordering Headers and mid-section its a 100% bolt-on setup With all slip fit connections
Might I add:
This offer is for E55, CLS55, SL55, SLK55, CLK55 (w209), C55, E63, CLS63, C63
SL63 headers use use expensive bends (1-D tight radius) Retail on SL63 headers is $3890 W/exchange $3390

Well I finally installed the MBH Vband & slip fit mid section with X pipe. Install was a breeze. I did the full install on my back in my home garage with about 6 tools. I will post pictures in a few. It was easy and I did it by myself one man job. So for a DIY full exhaust system look to MBH if you have jack stands and few tools you can do a full header back system to the resonator in your home garage. Their products might seem to cost more but you get what you pay for full support just a phone call away "not emailing back and fourth" but a live person to walk you through any questions or issues.
I'll give this system two thumbs up and two big toes up as well.

ok here are some pictures remember it's not on a lift so angles are limited
I will work on getting a sound clip. It is too good not to share. I don't know if my exhaust had issues but I know the car really moves top end now.
Mods on car ASP 175 pulley: Python tubes: KN filters: OE tunning flash: MBH LT's: MBH mid-section with X pipe: Euro charged H/E soon to changed for MBH Monster H/E hopefully by this weekend.

So the MBH headers and mid-pipe were a straight bolt-on? No cutting / welding? That's what I'm looking for as most exhaust shops here don't want to touch any exhaust work that isn't Ford / Chevy (lucky me...).

It was about 1.5 to 2 hour job from the ground and by myself. No cutting or welding easy as pie. Wait some of us can't bake; so it is as easy as putting gas in the car!

Good luck on that!!! when people ask that type of questions he would have hard time responding. Any other questions he would respond really quick.. There are deals for C55 or E55 guys but not much on the C63.
