Wasnt sure where to post this. question for ferrari owners

I know a lot of you own other vehicles besides the e55 that are on here. If i were to buy a 1997-99 355 or a 99-2001 360 how much would the annual maintenance be for a car that is regularly driven.

Go to ferarichat.com as that's the place to be asking ferrari questions..
However,it would cost you $3500 to $5000 every 15,000 miles or 5 years not to mention any other issues as ferraris are pretty temperamentals
Buying them is never an issue while maintaining them is a whole new ball game

So true - - - make sure you see complete and detailed maintenance records that are verifiable and be sure you know when the next "big one" is due.

AMG E 63 Wagon
DO NOT BUY a moder day Ferrari that does not have a factory warranty trust me. I have a F 360 and the F1 ecu went out and cooked a perfectly good clutch all in $ 10K, have not had a problem since, but it does take the fun out of ownership.

Best advice buy a car from the dealer, and tell them you want to get on the list for a new one. Then trade it in, and stay away from the 12 cyliner cars the do not resell well at all, stay with the 8 cyliner cars and you can drive the new ones for free almost. Most dealers will sign contracts with you to buy them back after so many miles and replace them with new cars. Ferrari dealers want to sell cars at market not MSRP, and they cannot do that till the cars are used.

F360 is very very high maintenance and not very well built. 355 is much better build quality. Then F430 came back good quality again. I did research about the 360, not very easy to maintain car.

Haters crazy
Dont know if this is true, but they have to pull the engine out of the 360 to do just an oil change?

An AMG is simple to maintain in comparison to a Ferrari, your better off buying a Porsche
