the front engine cover on mine is cracked and i want to replace it. its the one with the star.

anyone has one or where could i find one for less than what i can get it at the dealer. my cost is 153 dollars at the dealer.

I would go with a new one. Who knows what condition a second hand one is in. That's a sweet ride. Even if there is one on EBay for 50 after shipping its gonna be 70 or so. Spend the extra and get a nice new pretty one. JMO

I had a car lined up but when I sold mine and the other came in it had paint work and I dont to paint work.

Actually some of the ones on e-bay were selling for $50 with free shipping. These were new units by the way not used... they just happen to buy them in bulk at wholesale prices and then sell them individually on e-bay.

If you have a solid connection at the dealership (preferrably with the parts manager), I'm sure you can get it at cost, which will probably end up being $50 as well

I noticed that my 2007 left one is cracked this evening. What's up with that? Is it cracking due to heat?
