****E63 EXHAUST TIPS***
whats up everyone, i just got a 2007 e63. i was looking to make my stock exhaust sound more aggressive without actually buying a whole new exhaust system.
alot of ppl tell me to delete my cats, and then some ppl tell me to delete my cats and resonator.![Confused](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/confused.gif)
what should i do FOR THE BEST SOUND?![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
P.S. i dont care about passing inspection lol i have people who can "hook" me up

Dannish...PM me. I have an E63 that I modded this afternoon in downtown Houston. This is the place for you to go. This guy is awesome and he is unbelievably cheap. I watched the whole time and we walked through the whole process. My car sounds *** amazing now.
I was not sure what all I wanted to do so I had him first remove the resonators and put on straight pipes. Car sounded good and it definitely felt a bit more peppy, however I still was not satisfied. I decided to have him install an Xpipe where the resonator was and cut the secondary cats and run straight pipes. All I can say is I do not regret it. He did the whole thing with Xpipe for $200. He has all of it there and his welds are top notch. I had him order me a couple K&N filters as well. Holler at me if you want the info (don't want to get in trouble by posting non-sponsor shops).

Checkout my thread...
I deleted 2nd cats, installed xpipe, deleted resonator, installed e63 mufflers (removed e55 mufflers) and the sound is amazing!

if you want a loud car delete the resonators but if you do not want to lose that luxury car appeal only delete one set of cats , deleting both sets of cats will kill your low end TQ and the power gain up top will be felt over 60 mph .
