How can I tell if my car has a pulley kit installed?
I just picked up an 04 E55 and can see that it has long tubes and a heat exchanger. I don't know what else is has though. Any obvious checks I can do to see what other goodies my car has?

JOKE
Sorry, had to, but yes, measure and post. Someone correct me, but I think stock is 154mm?? My 180mm from EC has been flawless so far. Thinking of going to a 190mm but this unit has been so good, hate to chance going larger when I have to deal with other items on car first.
Some have been lucky to buy a car with one on it.

Oh man...I need to get this thing on a dyno. Maybe I got lucky and came across a 500rwhp car. I did notice when I test drove it that it is insanely fast!

Yup that's a pulley. The guy at my dealer said an easy way to tell is the color. That looks like the ASP purple ones. The OEM only comes in black.
Another thought, you can drive the hell out of it for a while and return it with a full refund. Just say they sold you a modified car with out disclosing it. (Although I have a feeling you bought "AS-IS")
Either way, you just saved yourself ~$2K in mods! You +1 Dealer - 0

So digging into the history of the car, the engine work was done by Autoscope in Dallas. Long tubes, EC172, IC pump, H/E, tune, which netted about 470 on the dyno. The car also had it's service G done by Autoscope 1000 miles ago. Previous owner traded this in for a new CTS-V coupe.
