I think I am going to get shardul's advice and do the Auto calibration and work from there.

No need to call Tire Rack. I have genuine MB SL65 rims on my car, offsets et30 front and et31 rear, mounted with Michelin PSS 275/30/19s in the rear and there is ZERO rubbing, even when dropped with my Renntech ELM.

I bought the wheels with the original stock Bridgestone tires mounted (w/ 285/30/19). Those would slightly rub under hard cornering when the car was dropped around 17mm in the rear. I've had zero rubbing issues with 275s mounted.

evolved8 has 25/28 offsets with 285s in the back with no problems!

got fender roll'd but for some reason, the right one rubs going over bumps...not the left. When I was lowering the car, the left would sit higher than right. I did it on most level road I can find it. Would this be the main culprit of it rubbing now?

I tried to mount a set of SL65 wheels on the wagon with a ET31 in the rear, but there was rubbing at stock ride height running 275/35/19 Potenza 505's (which have a pretty square sidewall)

Correct size would have been 275/30/19... There is the reason you were rubbing
