Paint my calipers? Yay or Nay?

I've been debating whether to paint my calipers or not. Maybe yellow?

For those who say yay, please specify a color.

For your color car, I think Red would look best (If is Silver). I like yellow on Tektite and Black. Blue might me cool. Is your car silver or pewter> On a Pewter car, I think some variation of Gold would look wicked. DO IT!! RPM has the new stickers.

Yes do it...do it now! IMO blue calipers would look **** on your ride, although its hard to go wrong with yellow as well.

I voted nay. I like the subdued calipers on this car. If I wanted something flashy I'd have a Porsche or Ferrari. (If I had the money that is.) I'd still be interested to see any changes though.

I wouldn't think "subdued" describes 8 piston brembo calipers. they monsterous, they deserved to be shown off.

I was referring to the color, not so much the size. My Jag S-Type R also had stock Brembos and they were also silver.

What to do...what to dooooo....lol.

I love the yellow caliper look. But it makes me wonder if maybe a year down the road I'll like it. I used to love red calipers and hate yellow ones....not it's almost the opposite ( don't hate red yet but yellow just seems so awesome ). Then I think "my car isn't a porsche"....but does it really matter?

Decisions decisions...

I wouldn't paint them. Your car looks great from the side.

For colors other than Silver, Black or Gray...which come stock most of the time, the only other color I think works is red.

Do not do yellow. That looks terrible.

Some of the current Jag type R's are faster than the AMG. True story.

I picked red as I would rather nobody else go to yellow like mine.

Here was mine when they were red, and now yellow. I changed as too many people paint their calipers red. Yellow is still a bit rare and looks good against the black wheels.

Whichever color you guys decide to paint the calipers, I sell the AMG decals in BLACK, RED, YELLOW and WHITE for $12.00 for the set of four.

LOL, Road Force balance right there. No shimmies, ever, unlike many others here complain about. Personally I think they look cool.

How about a set of black lug bolts for those black wheels.
