It’s a corner marker for the driver to gauge where the corner of the car is. I’m not so sure about it so will likely remove it soon.

I've seen these on several Japanese luxury cars. I think it's a VIP flex.

Fair enough. I just thought it was a corner marker because there is nowhere to affix a flag. I stand (or indeed, sit) corrected. 🙂
