went with the black ($15 off eBay, third picture I posted above). I also did glossy black badges and smoked side markers as seen in the pics. I think it pops much better on a silver car.
In my opinion, the contrast was perfect. Just need to get some light tint and car is good to go as far as appearance.

thanks. i have an 06 iridium silver e55 and went with 30% tint (Lumar formula one). its a nice medium tint that goes well with the paint. i need to repaint my wheels due to chips and stuff. may go a little darker. some shade of anthracite grey.
