Either homeboy got royally screwed if he did pay that much for his mods or is really trying to cheat some unsuspecting customer.

2 year warranty and free maintenance?
This car will get statused the second it rolls to the dealer, who is this guys trying to fool?

The 9500ci is the remote install unit with laser jamming, etc. MSRP is around $1500 IIRC.

I'm dubious about the $9500 headers though....



To sell a "custom" creation like that he really needs to give it a catchy name..... given the odd color combo I'd suggest:
