996tt, E55, X3 and a few others not worthy of mentioning here...
The E (agle) has landed!
Will be picking up my latest AMG tomorrow.
Silver/charcoal.
Rear and side sunshades.
Parktronic.
HK sound.
CD changer.
Also saw a '03 CLK 55 and '03 C32 (both silver) at MB Richmond, B.C. yesterday, ask for Simon Fung @ (604)2787662, he'll take good care of you.

Is it just me or are '03 CLK55s everywhere??? There's been one on the lot down here for something like two weeks... normally any AMGs they get that are unspoken for are gone within a day or two.

I too live in Vancouver and am awaiting my E55 (July production):
Silver/Blue, Parktronic, Sunshades, Harmon Kardon, Panorama
However, since I already have a 03 E500, I am wondering if I should go for a CL55 instead (which I've driven and like).
I know you don't know me, but was just wondering if I could get a ride in you E55 as it would help me decide. After, I could take you for a ride in my 03 996 Turbo (if you're interested of course).
Anyways...just wondering. Don't worry about it if you can't.

absent: take a look at the latest issue of autocar (uk), there is a comprehensive writeup on the bentley gt.
nam: i'm sure we could arrange something once i've enjoyed the car for a bit. what are your plans for the e500? which dealer do you normally deal with.
kaneman: the clk55 is the most expensive non-supercharged AMG model, i'm sure prospective customers are looking at the 'savings' by opting for a c32 or 'upping' to an e55.
regime: i'm sure our paths will cross one day...after all vancity is such a small place
lastly, i forgot to mention that there is a silver s55 at MB Richmond as well.
will post pics after a weekend jaunt to whistler.

I was going to trade in my E500 for the E55 (or CL55). Since I already have a coupe (996TT), the obvious choice is the E55 as it can seat 5, has 4 doors, and a big trunk...but...I am not too impressed with the Airmatic on my E500. I realize that AMG tunes the Airmatic for the E55 but there is only so much they can do?
The ABC on the CL55 is amazing. Truly, ABC is another league up on Airmatic. It would be perfect if the E55 had ABC as an option similar to the S-class.
That's why I really want to see what improvements AMG has made on the airmatic...hence...my desire to sit in your car.
Anyways...I appreciate your generosity. When you are ready, I can meet up with you at your convenience.
