Dont bother with the engine bay reservoir, there is not much difference in cooling at all. If you want to do it right the first time, go with the trunk mount.

Wouldn't it be too much for my 172mm pulley setup?

he is talking about the split system reservior. considering you live in Germany and it is pretty cold out there the split system will not produce significantly lower IATs

Hmmm. I mean something like that for installing behind the front bumper for example.

I have a BMW reservoir you can use for this...it's brand new and I'm not going to use it because of the water injection I just installed ( seems kinda useless to me ).

If anyone want's it I'll sell it for $20 shipped if you want it. It brand new.

It'll cost you more than $20 to ship it to Munich!

If you look at the picture it's a very intersting reservoir that fits behind the bumper.

I used to not believe in splitting the coolant, but after talking with Bruce and jeremy they've convinced me to. It just make sense. Water/ fluid moves a lot easier without pressure. Splitting the coolant eleminate the pressure.

To the OP if you still haven't found, here it is

Good luck

Sorry my mistake.
I'm not talking about the bmw reservoir for splitting the system.
I ask for something like a rear trunk reservoir just in front and a little bit smaller.

Thanks for pm loco!
