Q? For people who datalog
A question for people who datalog their cars.
During normal easy commute, do the AIT fluctuate much?
I know as much as I mess with my car I need to man up and get a real datalog equipment for my car. I am testing something right now. This morning commute my ait was a steady 70 degree with the exception of stopping at a stop light where the ait creeped up to 78. Just wondering if I'm in the right direction with this? Oh yeah, out side temp is a breezy 57. The whole commute was about 15 min with speed under 50mph.

They should fluctuate, if you are in stop and go city driving. Even driving on the hwy, you should see some change.

I just picked up a Zeitronix ZT2 with a DashDaq, MAP and IAT sensor; haven't installed yet. Want to pick up an EGT sensor as well as a second ZT-3 for the other bank. From what I have read quite a few here like it.
