E63 1/4 dragrace (M5 & Vette)
As you can see in the video, the M5 was coming like a rocket at the end. Been racing against this same M5 at a race track, and above 110mph +- I was pulling ahead. But looks like 60-100mph the M5 is little bit quicker. This M5 have manual gear. Both car stock. I reduced my tire pressure to 25psi.

Enjoy
She was gonna pull you in the end :P Top end power goes to the M. Nice run though! Still beat her at the drag.
Props to the lady for driving an M5 also.
I know what this corvette is capabale of, I assume that most of the people in her knows that the vette is in a total different league than a stock 63...

I can see the ET being high due to traction off the line, but the MPH... shouldn't these cars trap 114+? Down on power?

I ran 12.735 the very first time at a track at sacramento raceway with my 07 E63.
I ran a 12.713 at SpeedWorld here in Phoenix, Az a few months ago. I'm also sure it's just as hot/hotter here in phoenix.
I was stock both runs, except the runs in phoenix I had the Renntech v2 ELM and I ran a bit better and more consistant runs with it a little lower, but I learned that it was eating my tires. Both runs with stock Chrome 18" amg 5 spoke wheels, HEAVY!
Now I have 18x8.5 fronts and 18x10rears Forgestar F14's. I wonder what I could run now? I'm wishing for 12.5's, but wish in one hand....

Yes, I was so shocked at how much lighter on its feet it felt. Crisper turn in's, quicker outs, straights feel faster on the butt dyno.
Especially with the wider rears, I can keep that tail from killing me, with my 285's. Still stock width fronts but wider rim.

I assume you should have the suspension in Comfort vs sport1 or 2 for that weight transfer? also leave the trans in Sport after you trained it on the way to the track?
And lastly front tire PSI to its max setting (44PSI) and Rear tires between 26-29 PSI ?
I though about also maybe to pull both air filters for the runs only to allow the max air intake but the ECU will probably pull back and it will slow me down? With a good tune this would def help out but no tune the ECU may or may not help me?
Last question would be traction control should be off even though its off Im sure it will stick kick in a bit if the tires break loose to much?

Was in sport 2 mode...
