Would you like to refund? plz refund me, oh still a month and no refund !!!
In short, I wanted a certain parts from one of the forum member here and there was a mis understanding because he never told me details at the beginning and I paid the money to get the parts as he asked me to get him details about the parts.
I contact him after sometime to ask him about update and he told me I am waiting for your part (meaning my parts to shipped from my side in order to work on it and send it back again) I thought that his price and request of details means he will supply the parts and the price includes the parts.
At that moment, I told him that I mis understood him and I didn't know that it is only the price of the services, so he offered me refund, and I wanted actually to refund. Now, it is almost a month and I have not got my money back, last message was from him saying I already transferred the money to your paypal and you should see it in few hours, since then It has been more than a week and I have not received my money.
The money is not a lot but it is my money and my right even if it is 1 cent.
Unfortunately the guy seems to be very well reputed member and also with his work quality, which makes me wonder of why has not he refunded me yet with that little amount of money (less than 400 USD !!!!)

That sucks man, I hate it when people owe you $ and won't pay up. Benz-addict has owed me $250 for the past two months+ and won't pay up. "oh it's coming" or "I have to borrow it from a friend" if you drive a MB you should be able to cough up $250 within two months?

Wow...crazy stuff. Open a claim IMMEDIATELY. Even if he comes through all you have to do is cancel the claim, but if not then the claim may protect you and there is only a 45 day limit to open it.

I have been on automotive forums since the early days, very early days, even when there were bulletin boards and one thing will always stand out which is it's a small digital world. Enthusiast of any kind generally stay in the field and develop a reputation-good or bad.

Started the claim process already. by Monday night, I will escalate it and by then I will give the name.
For some of you he is a good member and do great service and that I will not deny but when it comes for me, he was not honest in dealing with me at least from the refunding point of view.

Stop beating around the bush and reveal the member and what part. It could prevent another member from going through what you are.
I try and paypal everything and use my cc so if things dont go right, i can dispute with my cc company. But the cliche, dont pay what you cant afford to lose when purchasing online products.

Sometimes paypal will bounce a payment back to the sender/refunder (happened to me twice as a sender) so make sure the seller checks their paypal account for any returned payments. If that's not the case, I'm with everyone else who says post their name.

I have seen his work and feedback posts from various members, I have no doubt at his work but this little amount of USD that was not refunded showed that he can not be trusted.

I guess I am unlucky. All I wanted is only black emblems or Brabus K8, V8 Kompressor, C63, mercedes trunk sign, ///AMG and side 6.3 badges. I want those from one source not from multiple sources.

I dont think he screwed you. I just think he has poor customer service and has sort of an attitude at times. He will make you whole. I know Mortorkas recieved all his stuff from him. Hell, maybe he got fired from his job for painting all this stuff on the side and making money.
