Does this completely replace the OEM diffuser? Im looking to update my E500 to the AMG look and have a rear bumper without the diffuser. Please help.

Do you have a shop that can install? My stock one is broken above the left exhaust. I've been contemplating one, but can't decide between cf and going with a body-colored one as I have no other cf on the car.

I installed this diffuser a few weeks ago and the inside exhaust tips are making contact with it causing a rattling noise. I tried dremeling the inside of it with a sanding drum and then touching up with black paint to gain a little clearance but it's still touching when driving around. I basically need to lower my exhaust ever so slightly. Are there any adjustments that can be made to the stock cat-back exhaust to lower it without taking this to a muffler shop? Any help would be appreciated...

Bring it to an exhaust shop. While your at it, bring the exhaust out about an inch or two.
