that's what I figured... no sense developing a product for the 322 wagons...

Gary, what am I doing wrong? $50 worth of 3m double sided tape and 3 tries later I still can't get this to sit flush. I brought it to a body shop after the 3rd try and they said it will never sit flush because the diffuser is not flexible and it doesn't contour to my bumper or the originnal diffuser. They said they won't drill into it to put a screw in either because they said they won't be responsible for cracks or it breaking because it's so thick. No matter how much I hold it, it just pops back out on both the corners? I'd appreciate some help here?

thanks

Oh man, using self tap screws is required or it will come off, sir.
You should PM GunMoto in post #80. I have never seen anyone installed a diffuser so perfectly.

If you do a search there is a complete DIY with pictures on this, by myself and shardal. We both removed the bumper to get a factory like install.

It's an easy install with self tapping screws. Using a right angle adapter makes things that much easier to avoid bumper removal.

I did not remove the bumper, tape + 6 screws very solid. It won't fall unless someone hit my butt.

I did not remove the bumper either and used self-tapping sheetmetal screws, a lot of them. I carefully drilled small pilot holes from behind the bumper and then screwed them in. Those corners were the most difficult and if I ever remove the diffuser, there will be visible holes alone the lower edge. You also need to carefully bend your rearmost muffler hanger/bracket with a large pry bar to get the tips down lower away from the diffuser. That solved my clearance issue and no more annoying buzzing sound while driving :-)
