Hey guys, just wanted to give an update on the M113K Supercharger progress. Over the past few weeks we have received countless PMs, emails, and phone calls asking about the M113K System. We are moving forward with our development at a steady pace, and we are just as excited as you guys to get power numbers out. We promise that it is worth the wait, and we are doing our best to set a final release date. Thanks again for your support.

I would assume it would be based off the stock crank pulley but that brings up a good question. How will this system work with other pullies? Since most people out there have larger crank pullies will they need to revert back to a stock pulley or will the new supercharger and tuning setup (well mainly tuning) allow for a larger crank pulley and just result in more hp/tq from the increased boost over the stock crank pulley?

My big concern with this is will it clear the stock hood? The blower is way larger the the stock one, and the whole reason we have seperat sloped surge tansk is do to hood clearance and packaging in the engine bay. Interested in hearing if this will all fit with the stock hood.

Well considering they have a blower fitted in the car in that one pic and haven't said anything about a problem with fitment one would think it clears. Having to get a different hood would be kind of a big deal, not for the fact of having to buy a hood and have it painted but to have to run some crazy looking hood on the car. I can't imagine in 100 years that Weistec would have that be the case.

Well Weistec has come up with the 63 blower so I think they're not just playing around on this and the cooling and capacity advantages are gonna really send the 55 engine in another league.

I think 10k is still too much, look at the amount of new members we get daily that buy the car for 20g, thats half the amount of the car, I understand that at one point the car was 100k but not anymore, maybe 10k-13 would be good if it was an E63 thats still in the 50k range but for a car that now can be easily totaled out by your insurance company I dont see it worth it

It all depends on how much HP it delivers.....
What do people spend now for a parts combination that gives them 500RWHP? What about 550RWHP? Can you even get to 600RWHP now regardless of costs???
What is the cost/HP ratio for those conventional mods? $50/HP? $80/HP? $100/HP ??? How does that compare to the cost/HP of the Weistec solution? (without a RWHP number and pricing, we don't know)![nix](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/nixweiss.gif)
This will create a strange dynamic in the E55 world. For guys with a bone-stock E55....you can go a single, expensive mod and probably outperform all of the Stage3 & Stage4 cars in one big step. The guys who are already modded will probably have to sell off some existing "old school" mods to install the Weistec instead. The "FOR SALE" forums will be fun to watch in the coming months!!!
Then again, the Weistec may deliver so much power that it completely blows out the bottom-end of these motors.... suddenly it's a MUCH more expensive proposition.![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)

WEISTEC: I can only imagine you dont have an ML55 test car yet. I will offer my vehicle as a test bed. My local Mercedes Benz Tech will do the complete install at my cost, I will cover cost of local dyno time and document every inch of the install with pics and HD video. Lets do this. ![drive](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/driving.gif)

what is the new cost of the factory w211 s/c ? whatever it is, then a newly designed more powerful one with i/c should cost more than the older factory one
