Took both my cars and ran in the Toy Rally today. They gave us a full police escort throughout Ft. Lauderdale for about 15 miles. We were the only cars allowed on i95. Unbelievable time! Only problem was there were only about 6 benz there. Next year hopefully more board members can attend. It was an awesome event to say the least. Nothing like racing with cops on i95. There were about 200 cars there - mostly Ferrari, Lambo, and Porsche with a few other exotics. In the end we delivered military truckloads of toys to kids. Fun day...
getting somewhere. just got her back. running strong. need to revamp meth and perhaps swap out the TB. process of elimination is annoying but she is running better. hows yours?
I don't know about you guys but that new lambo's profile is friggin mean, demonic, sinister, aggressive, you fill in the blank. The ultimate panty dropper IMO.
Excellent pics. Thanks for sharing and helping out the kids.
Excellent pictures and outstanding cars!!!... Very rare to see a MC-12 on the internet much less in real life. The vinyl wrapped cars (like the CL and Panamera) don't do it for me and I hope the stop and go traffic did not hurt the engine temps.
I love the pictures - especially this one. (No disrespect to the lovely woman or the service men)
I like that they are reaching for the bag, but reaching the wrong way due a bit of a distraction. I hear they fumbled the bag 3 times before getting in on the truck....

The guy who was driving the MC12 was super humble. In his garage is a Veyron, F50, and a few other toys that would make you want to cry.
Speaking on the engine temps, after a few good pulls down 95 WOT and then having to sit in traffic in single file on the exit ramp with these cars the heat was pulsating coming off the cars like the grille at Houstons. you couldve roasted marshmallows.

That GT3R was ridiculous - in a good way

interesting question. The event coordinator was adamant that we obey laws and not speed at all. Then while driving through the city streets for the prosession if you were driving slower the cops were signaling to speed up. Some guys were probably a bit too aggressive. At the luncheon one guy claimed one of the officers clocked him at 145. 3 of the Ferarris got into a minor accident with ech other. I was a good boy and kept it under 130 (mostly cause I had the wife in the car). People were in the median on the other side of the highway out of their car filming the procession. The sounds coming from some of these super cars was pure heaven. 60 Ferraris, another 35 Lambos, and a bunch other european performance vehicles ripping through city streets is a thing of beauty.
I saw several posts on my FB this morning about the toy rally.
Completely forgot about it. My friend went who has the red nsx that was in your second to last picture in post #4.
