My question is for the Florida boys were is a track i can go an open up the beast high speed without going to Jail?

Im in Tampa aswell...I usually go to Sunshine Speedway in Pinellas Park buy it is only a 1/8th track..there is also Bradenton and Orlando but both have horrible track prep. Courtney Campbell or Gandy are "alternatives"

Also for high speed runs...no legal places around here for that...

When i used to live there, 15 years ago, Gandy bridge was a huge spot for "night fun". We also used to race from Tampa to St. Perterburgh. Those causeway were design for high speed blast. Good time!! But you definitely go to jail if you get caught.

Its very true...gandy is best because no cops on the bridge ever and only 2 lanes...but cops usually break up the meets when people start getting stupid...

I do know someone who buried 200mph on the Howard Franklin...

thanks for the quick replies guys. I meant a straight away so i can open it up. I on occassion tried to burry the needle in I275 from St. pete to Tampa before the Howard franklin Bridge max 174 so far. My beltronic radar dectector crap out need to order an need one TODAY!!

Going back to original post i gues there is no 1 mile strip like Texas.

Honestly Julian, I dont know any AMG guys here. I still hang out with my BMW friends as I just came from a 335i 3 months ago. I do know however there is a mile track up in north florida but can't remember where.

Also im heading out to gandy tonight if you wanna come out
