My car runs so cold that it throws engine coolant to cold temps lol

I have a 160d thermostat in it

Im also putting a 1700 cfm 7 in fan behind that heatexchanger also

I have a huge 7 series res that hold about 3x as much as the one people use on here from the smaller 3 series also

okay, so do you understand how they work and what you think you will get out of it?

If you already have a huge heat exchanger on the car and it's doing its job you're not going to get the coolant much cooler than it was leaving the big exchanger. Then you also need to worry about coolant drag and that second cooler becoming an inductor and raising the charge air coolant's temp. And there is also the issue of blocking the main radiator and causing issues there with both engine and transmission temps

my car is running split cooling and the second radiator and huge resovoir is to add extra volume.

My car has 2x 1750 cfm electric fans blowing so much air that i can hear them over the blower and the lower temp thermo is to make the whole system run cooler.it was 55 out today and i did a full second gear wot pull and my aits never went over 90.

Car is also in the 550whp club now with the added cooling and cams.

It hit 55 out today and my check engine light came on with engine coolant to cold code being stored.i think my radiator is doing just fine.

Ok, and?

I'm in the 550WHP club also, I also have cams I can also do a full pull in 2nd and get less than a 35F temp rise I don't have the 2nd heat exchanger and the extra fans.

Overcooling a motor is just as bad as overheating a motor

Ok you tell me my temps will go up and the second heatexchanger will add drag.then tell me it will block my radiator.

First my intake temps are record low for my car.this setup is working well and the lower temp t stat is there because the radiator is being blocked a little.

exactly my point. Adding a second heat exchanger is going to do much especially in 55f weather....

Bottom line though is that a second smaller heat exchanger isn't doing much good if your primary is large and working. The math simply doesn't work

Actually it is doing well.when yousplit the cooling you have a lot less volume and need a bigger res.part of me adding another heatexchanger is to add mire volume in the system.

My pump is wired to a switch in the car(fog light)and i can get the temps lower with this setup.

If you split the cooling and run the pump all the time you do actually raise the temps because the water passes threw to fast and there is not enough water there to pull enough heat.

I guess i should just go back to my old setup and deal with higher temps :/

Incorrect.
Check one of my old threads, I did datalogging...

My pump wired to run all the time, with a bigger HE , and a small bmw res tank with split cooling did wonders. Later added a 1.5gallon front mount tank, which made even more difference.
