Houston Flooding....
Hey guys,
Due to the recent flooding in the Houston area, we are closing shop for today and tomorrow.
Things are pretty bad around the area, and there is a lot of lost/flooded out cars unfortunately (jerrys m5 for example) and its yet to determine if the dyno will be lost as well.
We will try and keep up with the email requests as they come in, but please allow us a little time to deal with the current situation and make the best out of a crappy situation. We will try and reroute the calls to the other EC locations as well.
Thanks guys..

Terrible and sad day for residents and significant property loss here in Houston.
2.5-3 inches of rain per hour.
I lost count of abandoned, stalled and submerged cars today.

thanks everyone. It was a mad scramble to move cars, with not a lot of area to move them in. The damage is looking better, as the M took the biggest hit along with a S55 that took some rear damage from a floating dumpster. Jerry managed to get most of the porsches and other customer cars to the middle of the shop. Tells ya the kinda guy he is, left his for last only to find the water level too high to move it..
The dyno looks to be ok, gotta love having it on wheels!
We appreciate all the support and will be up and running shortly.

I saw two interesting video clips last night:
A white CLK being pushed through hip deep water. A total loss for sure.
A newish ML in the parking lot of the mall that got hit by a tornado. The ML dodged all the flying debris. Very lucky.
The rainfall varied from under 2" where I am in Jersey Village to 6"+ where the worst flooding was. Up north the water in Spring Creek was over a bridge this morning that a person at work uses.
We needed rain. We didn't need this kind of rain.
