*****DONT ORDER FROM DON NGUYEN, Dude's product is garbage*****

Yeah I am always trying to screw vendors out of $40, to help offset 25 minutes of shop time. Come on Don, be a businessman and look at the bigger picture, this isn't a Honda or Neon forum.
God, I hate shortsigthed business people, that fill the forum with AD after AD after AD............

No I don't, details were given to me by the installer, and Greg at BIP, he saw it with his own two eyes
For TimmayFest, she will be freshly detailed, new LEDS, new roof wrap, EC TCU tune, and more cooling, possibly a performance valve body too
We will see how well she does Marcus, when I role into the stripper joint at 2am, with open headers Watch them skanks bow down to the new leader, forget their in house disc jockey, the certified beast will be dropping hard

Sorry to hear about your troubles with the wrap brotha, but seriously you're gonna being a complete *** to the consumer over $40? This is exactly how Gruppe-S ruined their reputation and eventually had to close up shop on the bay area.

Really? - A post in a world wide web forum that defamates someone and his business and products with no pics or any kind of proof other than "my installer said..."??? You sure set yourself up for some problems over $40. I got his product and thought it was pretty good, certainly not "junk" as you have stated to the world. I'm just saying...

I will have pics of the wrap I was sent by the weekend. I am getting the product back tomorrow.
@ theotherdodge - if you got the product and are happy, good for you man. Don't come in my thread and question my credibility, I have been here way longer than this vendor, and why would I gripe about $40, because of principle.
You send a bad product, man up and take care of it, bottom line.

chawkins2001: Where did I question your credibility? I was just stating facts because had I not ordered my product from this vendor a few weeks ago and read this post today, I would not have ordered at all.
I have nothing against you and do believe that you feel you got bad service/product. But to instruct people to "not order..." because all his products are "junk" seems a little over the top. Im just trying to throw a little caution your way. No harm intended and I hope you get this resolved.

chawkins, hope you get your refund man.. I had a good experience with him when he wrapped my "purple" tarnished window frames, did a good job at a reasonable price. that said, as a business owner taking care of the customer is number one... especially when you use an internet forum for business.. seems silly over $40. hope you get this resolved bro as i know you have the best interest of the forum members in mind.

Thanks for alerting me.....
I checked my vinyl and it was fine......
Luckily there were no scratches and its wide enough to span the roof.
Im surprised at the quotes im getting to install this.....
$ 150+ ? Call me a cheap Canadian but i guess its supply and demand.
To me its no different than applying window tint.

It’s surprised me that not many of you request to see damage pic even before you judge it. Well I am not saying the $40 product is good, but is it too early to jump in conclusion even before you see the damage?
I do not have his product on mine and I do not intend to have his on mine, but from what I see, he has been installing his product on so many cars that he has posted on his ads. So all those BMW, Mercedes, Nissan, Honda, etc. are all fake and unhappy customers? Will you allow your vendor to post the picture of your car if you are unsatisfied customer?
And well, if I am not wrong, posting someone’s private pm/email is prohibited in this forum isn’t it?
Again I don’t say his product is good, but hope I don’t have an immature judgment.

If Craig isn't satisfied with the product then the vendor has a choice. Replace it, refund him or tell him to go pound sand.
The email shows the vendor chose option C. The vendor needs to live with his decision and accept the consequences.
The request for photos challenge Craig's credibility in my eyes and are completely unnecessary for me.
If others are satisfied with the same product, then it seems to me Craig got a bad wrap / product. Had I been in the vendors shoes, dealing with a respected member, I would have replaced the product.
Thanks for the heads up.

My 2 cents worth ... Craig's experience may be an isolated one. A quality-slip is possible in any business. The real issue here is the way the vendor dealt with the problem - so not cool

Vendor Customer Service
Had a similar experience with JBSpeed a few days ago on a hood emblem, but wasn't sure if it was installation error or faulty product. Either way I wasn't thrilled with the email response I got. Please forgive the hijack, if I post in the constant JBSpeed thread no one would read it and it's not worth a new thread. Email chain:
My email:
Brian, I received my order yesterday and put it on last night, making sure it was tight. Was going to wash the car and send pics but today while driving down the highway the whole thing came off and flew over my car hitting the windshield before disappearing. I can't find the bottom piece, it must have fallen into the engine bay somewhere and luckily it looks like it missed the fan blades. Do you have any thoughts on this? I can only imagine it was loose but I tried to adjust it this morning and it wouldn't budge so I'm sure it was tight.
Response:
mm.....i've never heard anything like this before.......i dont know what to tell you to be honest cos i've sold so many of them and you can see all the installed pics in the thread......if you need another one, i can hook you up $20 shipped

1. What brand is the vinyl?
2. Are the vinyl gloss or matte?
3. Pictures of the scratches.
Just fiy to anyone reading, gloss vinyl scratches very easy if not handle with care.
