Thumbs down *****DONT ORDER FROM DON NGUYEN, Dude's product is garbage*****

Alright, this is the deal, I ordered a roof wrap from this joker, and took my car in, along with the wrap for a professional install. The installer wraps cars for a living in commercial adds, custom wraps, you name it, he does it.

I received a call shortly after I dropped the E55 off with three major issues:
  • Wrap was all scratched up
  • Wrap was under cut, and there was little to no room for error, basically needed to be stretched to fit
  • Quality of the wrap was very poor
He asked me if I still wanted to install it, I said no! Since we do alot of work with them, he gave me a free wrap and install, so he was not trying to sell me anything.

I contacted Don Immediatly mentioning the three issues above, and wanted a refund. First off, this was a $40 sale, not a high price item at all, and the fact is, this was a **** product, a refund was in order, we are talking principal here.

This is the exact email he sent me as a response:

If the wrap was short and scratched up, you should not have attempted to install it onto the roof. You should have notified me right away, and I would have gladly given you a full refund or exchanged it out for another sheet.

There is no reason for the material to be scratched up. Each sheet is cut per order off of a complete larger roll. I can only assume the install scratched the vinyl while taking it out of the tube.

-Don

This sponsor is saying that I am at fault for his crappy product, if you ask me, that is not how you treat a customer. Not to mention that this is NOT a high price item, and guy handled it extremely immaturely. News flash for you dude, I am not some teenager or college kid trying to get a free wrap I did contact you with a problem regarding your product, and you did NOT offer any refund, but wanted to shift blame

Bottom line is, if you plan to buy something from this kid, expect a mediocre product, extremely bad customer service, and odds are it may not fit.

Good to know. I guess I should see if mine fits and check the condition of it. I was planing to install it when my car is finished with the mods. It's being worked on right now.

You should go into every thread he has, which is literally SPAMing the forum, and post this link.

I bet you get your refund.

I will give it a couple days for the refund to show up, and if it does not, I sure will go into every thread. Imagine telling the customer you are the reason for his inadequate product, I have never heard of such a thing.

Imagine if you were actually buying something of value from this chump, you would never see your loot again.

Light him up bro! I hate crappy, cheap products! ALthough I must add, my wrap on my CLS roof was $250 installed. So for $40, it sounded like a cheap azz product!

What were you expecting for $40 though? I paid over $175 for the material to wrap my roof and the quality of the product was great..

buyer beware. For such a low price, quality had to be low.

He said it was a blowout price that is why it was so cheap, I was skeptical at first homeys. Last time I bought it directly from 3m, and paid around $150 with superb quality.

Bottom line is, he probably does not have the $40 to refund me back, LMAO

Good to know, bad vendors must be purged! I see Chawkins POV here, regardless of the cheap price he should have been dealt with better from the vendor, you stand behind your product damnit!

Refund, replacement, something...
