Jim
I figured out our cars are not the best but also not the worst track cars.
The following are better:-
996 TT
GTR
996 or 997 GT3
R8
M3's but the V8's only
I have some more video of one whole run http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QhbNj...-gEW8MKEsMlq4m

You sir, are beyond awesome.
E55s do well out on the track, considering their weight and size!
What tires were you running? ESP on or off? Need details!

Yeah this track is 2.3 miles and has some good twisties but I'm going to an event in June at the Texas World Speedway and that's a good track for higher horsepower cars so I should do better there. I also struggled through the weekend with a cracked header so that made it interesting.

This was my first on track experience so it really enjoyed it very much.
Ran barnd new Bridgestone Potenza RE760 and I must say was very impressed with the grip.
Ran with ESP on and really tried to not let it come on. I do have a Quaife LSD and that helps a LOT!

Ya, I live in League City and I had just finished picking up some Rudy's BBQ while I was on my way to work. I didn't expect to see a nice looking 55k out of the blue. Getting my headers and exhaust done between today and tomorrow. We should catch up sometime. Your car makes me want to get my HRE's repaired and put back on my ride! Thumbs up!
