How long have some of you guys run say a 180 pulley before doing a tune? I have HE coming from EC which will go on the car first.Thinking of putting the HE and pulley on and maybe headers before driving up to OE.

It will be fine as long as you don't go wide open throttle. Driving it to OE will bring no issues if you take it easy.
If you want to be extra extra safe...just drive without the supercharger belt.

Didn't the member Sneakyneon run several mods with a pulley being one of them for quite a while before he decided to get his car tuned? Pretty sure I remember digging through old threads and reading that.
EDIT: In fact he was dragging the car to and ran 11.6@122, with his 195mm pulley, shorty headers, big throttle body, meth injection and stock tune. click here
So much for the you better take it easy, no boost, keep it under 4000rpm theory going on in here lol

It may work without a tune, the car should have fail safes built into the software that will protect it...but why chance it?

I don't know the order of his mods and what he had when, so don't know without digging through all his threads if he ran meth the whole time with bigger pulley or not.
