Up close and personal with Kleeman Headers

Just wanted to show some detailed pictures to the folks who havent seen a set of Kleeman headers. Ordered them from Cory at Kleeman USA. Easy purchase and arrived within 7 days of ordering.

Intitial lookover of them exude quality. I was more surprised that they include a set of gaskets and new mounting hardware.Waiting for my other parts to get here and will be installing soon.

Ive seen these in person as well and the quality is exceptional. congrats on the new headers, I definitely consider them to be one of the first mods anyone should go with.

i have no idea, but I don't think it would be a problem. The Left and Right are exact opposites of eachother.

I would contact Cory at cory@kleemannusa.com and ask him.

They look sharp. Let us know how the install goes! Are you going to do a before and after dyno?

Not without a little tinker on the RHS collector area. Where you pass the steering column it mbe needs 10mm of "dent" in the collector. This massaging makes zero diff to performance but any decent exhaust shop should be able to do it for u. I would recommend mating to rest of exhaust with flex joints to prevent any cracking.

Baseline dyno is scheduled for tomorrow.

Going with a eurocharged 172mm pulley/tune, kleemans with resonator delete and eurocharged heat exchanger with updated bosch '10 pump. I hope to get the install done mid febuary after I get back from a business trip I am getting ready to take.

I have those! Make sure you run a flex pipe from the mid section to your straight or x pipe to reduce stress on the headers. The steel used is not the strongest but works great for the price. This will reduce stress to help avoid cracking on the headers later on in the future! Good luck! You will love them!

+1

They crack, specially if you are highly modded.

And I am quit sure from dealing with Corey thus far, if any issues arise, Kleemann would step up and make things right.

This.

And I have seen Cory in person, and let me tell everyone that this individual is exceptional.

It saddens me that I haven't been down there in so long :*(

/\ Where'd they move to? I have been there in the past, but appears their shop is no longer in the same spot anymore as of recent.
