I was told to remove my signature otherwise I would get banned

I have nothing to do with IB, the owners of this site but, I do know that running this site is not free. Would you prefer that MBWorld charged you a subscription fee to come here and get the wealth of information that lies in this database?
Come on people. We live in a free market economy. Where else can you go to get all this free stuff and the only downside is some subtle advertising by paid sponsors?
Russia....geez.
You may have noticed many threads bashing or praising long-time sponsors here. Many of those sponsors expect coverage/protection from staff here. That is not our job. Sponsors live and die by their reputation. If members find a good vendor, they are free to discuss it in the threads....but they can't advertise it.
Personally, I have found several very good vendors through discussions within these forums. Some had nothing to do with MBWorld and some were sponsors. That is the way is should work.
The bottom line is, vendors need to pay (IB) to play. Not my rule but, one I have to enforce.
It is not easy. That site has some sponsors too, now. Even with the amazing Admin skill that some of the founders posses, growth is slow. It will take years to develop a strong knowledge base at a new site.
But, as I said, I love to see people give it a try. There is always room for good competition.

I will say this, dont get caught up in the politics, it wont get you anywhere. MBWorld is a business, period, dont forget that...if youre an entrepreneur or work for yourself then you will get the big picture.
