Correct.. Exactly why he may have put down more rwhp than you (even given same weather conditions, dyno etc)

I get what you're saying, and agree for the most part, but since we're all comparing, I'm simply providing another data point from a Dynojet and suggesting that I would have expected higher numbers given the pulley on the car. Is there a problem with making such an observation? I'm happy for his results, but thought given the mods he's done, he should have ended up with a bit more. I believe others have.
Correct, you can't just see a post mod dyno number and say "great number". The actual number is pointless. What should be said is "nice gain".

I'm not telling you anything you don't already know.

I too would have expected more power though. Kleemann tune is also on the conservative side I believe
Mbh headers guarantee 40-45whp gains. Good gains from pre / post mods gains

Everything looks on point, including producing higher #'s in 4th.

Now hearing from you gives me comfort. They want to port my blower but not sure if it is worth it.

Throw this up in a new thread and see what people have to say. Like I said earlier I think people have done it, just no proven results... As far as I know

Whats up with the top end of the graph? Blower just not big enough to push big numbers?

My evaluation is as follows:

The mod gain is very stout, making those numbers with that amount of bolt ons is impressive.

In true kleeman fashion the tune is super safe in the upper rpm range, pig rich actually. It looks like it dips into the deep 10's which is misleading because the only reason it does that is due to the long 4th gear pull. That generates alot of heat and the ecu did its job by dumping alot of fuel trying to cool things down.

My car did the exact samething on a 4th gear pull. I guarentee the 3rd gear pull a|f ratios were leaner and in the 11's due to less heat soak from the pull.

What is so impressive with kleeman tunes is how they hold the power up top. Between 5-6k rpms, the power does not drop off at all, which is characteristic of alot of other tuners.

I would be smitten if that was my investment homey.

Oh, do NOT port a twin screw. You will ruine the blower and not gain anything.

Twin screws are not like eaton or roots blowers that can benefit from a port.

let me know when 480whp feels slow and I will trade u my oem 178 for your 168.

My 178 is exactly made like a kleemann/renntech/brabus pulley and uses a stock oem pulley with a bigger outer ring placed on it and not welded.
