E55 engine problem?




They ARE GOING DOWNHILL as far as I'm concerned.
someone ought to print this thread and mail it to MBUSA...
just reading this thread I am getting sick and tired of the way the handle a repeated customer like yourself Absent.....
If you were a one time customer I could understand the reason behind it for reducing cost by giving you engine replacement only..
but for christ sake you're a a repeat customer and has spent close to $$$ 0.5 M worth of Benz
wtf is wrong with them..
They should go the extra length and effor to make sure you stays happy and coming back to purchase another 0.5 M worth of car in the future..
I agree with some of the replies that the right person might not know your situation..
I bet if the CEO/CFO (whomever has the authority on this) of MBUSA know this (especially you're a repeat customer they would have negotiate a new car for you..
)just my $0.02

If I were you I will press for a new car ...
