What would you say is a good price for an 03 E55 is?

What would you say is a good price for an 03 E55 is?
Assumptions:

Avg options
60-70k miles
clean car

Looking for what they are actually selling for. If anyone has bought an 03 recently - mind sharing what you paid and your specs.

Are you just looking in those particular parameters, or are you also interested in higher mileage, more optioned cars?

Depending on the maintenance records and current condition, providing both of those are in good order and the car has a clean title, with ~70k miles a good buy would be anything under $23k

I have car fax which has some records. Will the dealer pull all the star diagnostic info for me with a PPI? I would like that as well.

While I would love to pay 5k... don't think that's going to happen. Thank you to those who responded with a recent price. Although I have seen ranges in some past searches, it is very helpful to have up to date info with actual sales data vs. listing.
