To Those Running Eurocharged Longtubes
Does anyone have a shot of their car while its on a lift? I have searched extensively and have run out of ideas for search strings. I am trying to see how they sit when compared to the stock setup ie trying to figure out if I can keep the plastic cover that goes under the oil pan with the setup I am going with. Do the collectors sit closer to the tranny, farther from the tranny or the same way the stock pipes between the primary and secondary cats sit. Thanks guys and gals.

Awesome! I love your mod plans! I really like where your X pipe is as the bends are gentle. Will the underbelly pans go back on?
I wish someone would make a mid-section for the EC LTs

Thanks! Only one pan stays off, because the Eurocharged LTs run a little low. Not a problem though.

Thanks RedBullJnky
That's the exact area I was trying to see. Looks like all my fittings will work since I plan on retaining the stock secondary cat/h-pipe setup ![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Looking forward to some more shots. Would it be too much trouble to get one from the perspective of looking directly up at the tranny?

As a suggestion to you guys getting long tubes fitted, have your shop add an extra bung before the cat/cats so you can run a wideband O2 sensor

Since the rear O2s get turned off why not remove them altogether so the wideband sensors take their place?

I am thinking the front O2 bungs on the collector will house the stock pre-cat sensors. The secondary bungs on the collector would house my wideband datalogger then thinking of extending the stock secondary sensors and installing them after the secondary cats so that way I could leave them turned on. If that's not feasible I was thinking of then eliminating those O2s altogether since they won't be doing anything for the car.

I think you'll be much happier if you ditch the factory cats all together. Get a set of high flow cats (I got mine for ~$70) and don't extend the 02's. If your going to have cats in the system HFCs are the way to go. I'll post a link when I get home to where I got the cats.
