To each his own.

I loved the old CLS and don't like the new one. The new upright grille is completely out of character to the shape of the car.

No doubt a great car, but I'll keep the E55.

Now if they'd import the CLS wagon that I've seen in spy photos, that might be another story.

Why not just get a CLS55/CLS63 (The current generation not the 5.5L Turbo) in a years time. I've been eyeing a CLS55 in about 1-2 years from now as you'll be able to pick one up in the low to mid-30's?

My $.02.

The new CLS550 is the car that made me decide to sell my E55. The new engine combined with 4Matic is a big plus in a place where winter is 6 months.

I ended up getting the 2012 E550 4Matic, but the new CLS is a beautiful car to drive. It grows on you very quickly.

you guys are hilarious

in a perfect world where $$ were not an object then yes cls63 or e63 when it lands

But that would also be $30K more. Hence my post $75K is not bad.

Its all a balance... cost / power / age / warranty

Porcelain isn't even remotely close to "Tan".

It is gorgeous in person.

Although its not an AMG like some mentioned, I would definitely have no problem driving that around on a daily basis I personally love the tan interior and wish E55's had them, but it is what it is
