I know that once you start to mod your car you open up risks. I'm not trying to go into 10's or be the fastest guy out there. I just want a car that has some pep and can hold its own. I didn't buy a MB 55 to turn it in to a full race car and having to log and baby sit everything.

I like knowing what the car is doing stock to slightly modified to fully built. As such I think it is always better to have data, than to not have it...What you do with the data is another subject altogether .....

Go with a nice standard box tune and enjoy. They run safe air fuels and make nice hp! I will never forget going stock to Kleemann K2. It was amazing and super safe. What a blast!

The only thing I data log is IAT and timing for the most part. I look at the fuel trims somewhat but with the setup I have and running race gas I don't have to monitor much. The best thing to have if your modded is AFR gauge just for safety.

Get the wideband as close to the engine as you can. If you are only installing a single wideband I would place it on the drivers side as number 8 cylinder seems to run the leanest for most.

Just to let you know when I used to tune my turbo cars and the only time I connected my wideband was when tuning. Ortherwise, I remove it so I don't kill the sensor prematurely.
